Butcher Country Trip


This trip descends to the Caledonia River via the exciting Dingo Hill before heading along the Butcher Country Track to the Macalister River. After stopping overnight & a spot of fishing, we will travel along the banks of the Macalister before crossing the Barkly River & head out via the Glencairn district to Licola.

 Portland Sand Dunes

A great way to learn how to drive on the sand dunes. You will guests of the Portland Dune Buggy Club so a PDBC membership fee applies for the weekend. Come & experience spectacular scenery atop the dunes. Base camping so suitable for caravans & camping trailers.

This trip heads into the Wonnangatta Valley via the Zeka Track & then travels across Cynthia Range to Talbotville, Blue Rag & Dargo. After a fascinating climb up Billy Goats Bluff, you will head out via Valencia Creek to Traralgon & home.
